1. Use of Our Platform

Islamazon is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent vendors and sellers. Customers can browse and purchase products listed by vendors, while approved vendors can list and sell their products through the platform.

Users must provide accurate information and use the platform only for lawful purposes.

2. Vendor Registration

Vendors must register and provide correct and complete information during the registration process.

All vendor registrations are subject to approval by the Islamazon Admin Team. Islamazon reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate a vendor account if the vendor violates our policies or provides false information.

3. Product Listing

Approved vendors can add their products through the Vendor App or Vendor Dashboard.

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that product information, images, prices, descriptions, stock availability, and other details are accurate.

Islamazon reserves the right to review, reject, edit, or remove any product listing that violates our policies or applicable laws.

4. Platform Fees & Payment Gateway Charges

Currently, Islamazon charges 0% platform commission on vendor sales.

Applicable payment gateway processing charges will be deducted or charged as per the payment gateway provider's applicable rates and terms.

Islamazon reserves the right to change its platform fee structure in the future, with appropriate notice where applicable.

5. Orders & Notifications

When a customer places an order for a vendor's product, the vendor may receive an order notification through the Islamazon Vendor App and registered email.

Vendors are responsible for processing and fulfilling their orders within the required time.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Vendors are responsible for properly packing and dispatching their products and providing accurate shipping and tracking information where required.

Delivery times may vary depending on the vendor, shipping partner, customer location, and other circumstances beyond the control of Islamazon.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations will be handled according to the applicable Islamazon and vendor policies.

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature, hygiene requirements, or other applicable conditions.

8. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for:

1. Selling genuine and legally permitted products.
2. Providing accurate product information.
3. Maintaining updated stock and pricing.
4. Processing orders on time.
5. Dispatching products properly.
6. Providing accurate tracking information.
7. Following applicable laws and Islamazon policies.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users and vendors must not use Islamazon for illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized activities.

Vendors must not list counterfeit, prohibited, or unlawful products on the platform.

Islamazon may remove such listings and take appropriate action against the relevant account.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

Islamazon may suspend or terminate a user or vendor account if the account is involved in fraudulent activity, policy violations, repeated order failures, misuse of the platform, or any activity that may harm customers, vendors, or Islamazon.

11. Intellectual Property

The Islamazon name, logo, website design, software, and platform content are the property of Islamazon or its respective owners and may not be copied or used without permission.

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the product images, descriptions, logos, and other content they upload do not infringe the rights of others.

12. Limitation of Liability

Islamazon provides the marketplace and technology platform. Products are listed and sold by individual vendors.

While we work to provide a reliable platform, Islamazon is not responsible for issues arising from vendor-provided product information, product quality, vendor fulfilment, or shipping delays beyond our reasonable control.

13. Changes to These Terms

Islamazon may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updated version will be published on this page.

By continuing to use Islamazon after the updated Terms & Conditions are published, you agree to the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
