Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
For prepaid orders, refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Custom or personalized items are non-cancellable once production has started.
