Refund Policy

We understand that issues may arise, and we strive to resolve them quickly.

  1. Refunds are only applicable for products damaged during transit.
  2. Customers must report the damage within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification.
  4. For products other than damaged items, we offer an exchange only policy (no refunds).
